Established in 1992, the Law Office of Nancy Perry Eaton, PLLC has spent the past 30+ years dedicated to helping residents in and around Killen, Texas. We are here to do the same for you.
Our full-service law firm was founded upon the notion that everyone deserves quality legal representation that can’t be found at just any law firm. And, more than two decades later, we’re still practicing by that same principal. We pride ourselves on providing clients with quick response times, flexible office hours, and regular updates about any/all activity in their case – anything less would simply be unacceptable in our eyes.

Nancy is very knowledgeable on family law. I was trying to be cheated out of retirement that I’m entitled to because of marriage and she caught it right away during mediation and schooled the other party’s lawyer on the matter.
