Established in 1992, the Law Office of Nancy Perry Eaton, PLLC has spent the past 30+ years dedicated to helping residents in and around Killen, Texas. We are here to do the same for you.
Our full-service law firm was founded upon the notion that everyone deserves quality legal representation that can’t be found at just any law firm. And, more than two decades later, we’re still practicing by that same principal. We pride ourselves on providing clients with quick response times, flexible office hours, and regular updates about any/all activity in their case – anything less would simply be unacceptable in our eyes.

I texted the law office of Nancy Perry Eaton and received a response very quickly. Shortly after texting, I was called and an appointment was set up for a telephonic consult. Nancy surely doesn't look old enough to be a legend - but, she absolutely is. She's a leader as much as a lawyer. In addition to being a great person with amazing talent and skill, she is a "get it done" lawyer. In Divorce and Family Law issues, that's so critical. People just want their problems solved. And, this is what Nancy Eaton does...and, has done for years.
