I am in the middle of a couple of legal cases. I hired Nancy for one of my issues. I am so thankful for her legal expertise. She took her time to educate me on what I was facing and how to take care of it. Once I decided on the path Nancy was quick and proficient. She is an excellent, caring attorney. I'd give her more stars if possible.

Being an aunt taking care of a sibling's 4 children when they’ve passed away, had not been an easy road to travel. Since I’m not their parent I’ve been limited to all I could do for them without court orders. The youngest 3 children I was able to get situated because their father agreed to file the petition. However, the eldest child’s (Different father) situation was a bit difficult and needed a lot of work. My nephew is a type 1 diabetic, and I struggled trying to find a law firm that would help situate my urgent need to care for my nephew since the passing of my sister, and the father has never been in the picture. I couldn’t sign him up for health care and barely got by with enrolling him in school. I initially tried to use the same firm as the first 3 children to start a petition, but the lawyer quit all communication and abandoned me midway. then I tried to establish another that wanted $5000+ just to start and then do their work. My mind was going haywire. After doing further research I came across Nancy Eaton and made an inquiry about my tricky situation and instantly I felt so much stress come off of my shoulders. She and her staff were very understanding, kind, and caring. Their pricing was very affordable. I did not waste my time and money when I partnered with Nancy and her team to get a Non-SAPCR petition going and finished within a few months. Her firm's communication and support were very reassuring of their word to help get the ball rolling. Thanks to them I can now officially take care of my nephew and get him health care services.
