I am in the middle of a couple of legal cases. I hired Nancy for one of my issues. I am so thankful for her legal expertise. She took her time to educate me on what I was facing and how to take care of it. Once I decided on the path Nancy was quick and proficient. She is an excellent, caring attorney. Working with Ms. Nancy and her team was an honor. I Had been stuck in limbo for about 3 years with my divorce and it wasn’t even contested. I started out by myself toward the end of 2018 and kept running into hiccups with a paternity test. I had no idea how to get one on my own which brought me to the Texas Attorney Generals office. Then Covid hit. While everything was shut down I was stuck yet again so decided to higher a lawyer to ease the pain. The first one seemed legit a bit pricey for already have done most of the leg work but anything was worth getting it finalized. After about a year of waiting something didn’t seem right and once I brought up mistakes on their end I was taken for a motion of withdrawal. So my search began again. I came across this law office and decided to give it a shot with a standard consultation. Just sitting there and listening to Ms. Nancy speak was like a breath of fresh air. Thinking I’d done wrong with the previous lawyer I come to find the answers I was looking for she didn’t even hesitate. Her words were oh this will be done in no time a couple months if that. She gave me the resources I needed for the paternity test and everything. It was a breeze. Any questions I had was met with swift responses even with her office staff. They were the most polite and helpful group I had ever had the pleasure to deal with. People give it a serious thought when it comes to this law office and your matters. When she said a few months it was done in a few months. You have questions and concerns they listen and address them. I hope to never have to go this route again but if I had to they would be the first on my list. Thank you all for your hard work.

Being an aunt taking care of a sibling's 4 children when they’ve passed away, had not been an easy road to travel. Since I’m not their parent I’ve been limited to all I could do for them without court orders. The youngest 3 children I was able to get situated because their father agreed to file the petition. However, the eldest child’s (Different father) situation was a bit difficult and needed a lot of work. My nephew is a type 1 diabetic, and I struggled trying to find a law firm that would help situate my urgent need to care for my nephew since the passing of my sister, and the father has never been in the picture. I couldn’t sign him up for health care and barely got by with enrolling him in school. I initially tried to use the same firm as the first 3 children to start a petition, but the lawyer quit all communication and abandoned me midway. then I tried to establish another that wanted $5000+ just to start and then do their work. My mind was going haywire. After doing further research I came across Nancy Eaton and made an inquiry about my tricky situation and instantly I felt so much stress come off of my shoulders. She and her staff were very understanding, kind, and caring. Their pricing was very affordable. I did not waste my time and money when I partnered with Nancy and her team to get a Non-SAPCR petition going and finished within a few months. Her firm's communication and support were very reassuring of their word to help get the ball rolling. Thanks to them I can now officially take care of my nephew and get him health care services.
