About

Mac was born in Austin and raised in Fort Worth. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in history where his main area of historical research was the ancient and classical Mediterranean world. While in college, he worked as a writing tutor at the Texas Tech Undergraduate Writing Center. He is an Eagle Scout and continues to volunteer for scouting in his free time. During the month of June, he works as the shooting sports director at his council camp. He enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his pugs, video games, and reading.
