We are proud to announce that our Founding Attorney Nancy Perry Eaton has reached yet another milestone in her illustrious career. 2022 marks 30 years since Attorney Eaton began practicing law. During her 30-year career, Nancy’s primary focus has been helping clients solve their legal problems in a way that most benefits them and their situation.
Attorney Eaton’s primary expertise is in family law, estate planning, business law, probate, and real estate law. Nancy prefers to help clients resolve their legal issues and reach agreements outside the courtroom whenever possible. However, she is more than capable of handling herself in the courtroom if necessary.
How Did Nancy Perry Eaton Get Her Start Practicing Law?
Nancy Perry Eaton attended the University of Oklahoma as an undergraduate. She majored in Business Administration and graduated in 1986. Nancy earned her law degree from Oklahoma City University, receiving her Juris Doctor in 1991.
She began her legal career in 1992 as an enforcement attorney for the Railroad Commission of Texas in Austin, Texas. She eventually left the Railroad Commission and began working for the Texas Department of Transportation, Motor Vehicle Division. While with the Department of Transportation, she worked as an enforcement attorney and administrative law judge.
In 2002, Nancy went into private practice. She moved to Fort Worth, Texas and began working for Gardner, Aldrich & Murphy, LLC. In 2004, Attorney Eaton left Gardner, Aldrich & Murphy, LLC and opened her own firm. The Perry Law Firm, as it was called, had an office in Fort Worth and in 2012, added an office in Odessa.
When Did Attorney Eaton Found the Law Office of Nancy Perry Eaton, PLLC?
Nancy met her husband in 2015. He’s a retired Navy Captain and physician named Peter. Attorney Eaton closed The Perry Law Firm and moved to Salado, Texas to be with Peter. For a brief time, she worked for a local Bell County law firm. However, in 2019, she decided to open another law firm, the Law Office of Nancy Perry Eaton, PLLC.

The Law Office of Nancy Perry Eaton, PLLC was founded on the principles of hard work and integrity. Nancy grew up in West Texas. Her family is a fixture in West Texas, having lived there for more than 80 years. Attorney Eaton’s father, Charles R. Perry, built Perry Gas Companies from the ground up, earning him the distinction of being an icon in the area. Prior to attending law school, Nancy worked for her father. He taught her the importance of integrity and hard work, a lesson she carries with her to this day.
